I’ve sat across the table from governments, global banks, VCs, and founders - negotiating deals worth hundreds of millions. I help founders raise capital, land customers, and negotiate better outcomes - while staying grounded in the chaos of early-stage building.
I’ve helped founders raise millions in capital as grants, debt and equity, restructure teams, and land partnerships they thought were out of reach. I’ve led and advised on competitive bids worth hundreds of millions. I’ve been part of a PMO managing a $19.5B project portfolio. I’ve worked on both sides of the table — and I know what it takes to get things moving.
But that’s not why I coach.
I coach because I’ve been the guy spinning plates at 2am, wondering if the vision’s slipping away. I’ve built, scaled, and fought through the chaos — and I know how lonely it gets.
